The first one is chemisorption, Au + RSH --> Au-SR + H. The second one is
physical adsorption, relying on the van der Waals force between Au and the
amino group.

这个位置我面过。其实是英国公司,最后因为最后一条没去成。onsite之前绿卡就可以
的。。后来说要使用毒气必须citizen。这公司几千人。在北密小镇。interview没任何
技术问题。hm很nice,来sf我还和他吃过饭。毛病一太偏,那个镇只有10个不到中国人
,二是似乎研发不多,叫你主要去写proposal搞一些army的funding。

今年四月份考的。下面简单分享一下我复习的经验,仅供参考。
1.资料(主要参考的也就两到三本,不需要带太多,根本没有时间翻。INDEX很有用,基
本都是先看INDEX,然后再去找的。还有自己compile的binder很有用)
1) EN Reference Manual: 这个最好把后面的index打印出来到时候好查。还有
summarize里面的一些你觉得重要的公式
2) PE. Env. Sample questions & solutions(NCEES):多做几遍。第一遍可以直接看答
案。第二,第三遍要不看答案自己做出来,就是看到题,知道是哪一类知识,要用哪些
公式。
可以把这里面的一些公式summarize在一个sheet上。
ps:自己做跟看答案真心不一样。还是多动手吧。
3)Practical Design Calculations for Groundwater and Soil Remediation:这个大
概看一下,把一些公式记一下。
4)Wastewater Engineering Treatment and Reuse :这一本我在考试的时候用很多,我

与这个类似的是婴儿如果从小在无菌环境下生长,免疫系统缺乏锻炼,一旦暴露在外界
环境下马上就有危险。我怀疑可能是那些妓女体内新来的爱滋病毒不断置换旧的病毒,
competitive adsorption/adhesion, 以毒攻毒,呵呵。一旦没有竞争者,病毒马上安顿
下来
并开始繁衍。如果免疫系统已经得到锻炼,应该不会在没有新的病毒来后失去这个抵抗功
能。
因为相应的antibody code一定已经被储存了。

我想你说的对表面有影响是说生物方面的吧?
就生物方面,对细胞和和蛋白质的影响最后都可以归结为对蛋白质的作用.
有人说-COOH and -CH3的charge difference may affect
the amount of adsorbed protein on surfaces as well as the
orientation/conformation of adsorbed protein, if it's
non-specific protein adsorption.
或者在某些情况下-COOH可以和protein的-NH2反应.
所以你的理解应该是generally right, but it should be considered in a specific
context. It is hard to define "inert".

monomer A and monomer B 参与共聚的活性和空间位阻差别挺大的,solution-based
polymerization已经证明两者能共聚,现在引入到surface体系作surface grafting,
反应完了用什么方法或表征手段证明那个惰性单体参与了共聚呢?IR可以看官能团,但
很难说明惰性单体是chemical bonding上去的,还是non-specific adsorption给吸在
表面的呢?还有些具体情况,俺在回帖讨论中慢慢说明

有adsorption而非bonding的洗一下应该能洗掉

光通过substrate和polymer的折射率不一样
用溶剂可以把adsorption的洗掉,bonding的洗不掉
曲线能看出来挂没挂上还能看出挂了多少
不过看不出化学结构,而且substrate要透明
不知道是不是你想要的

and surfaces. 是工程院和理学院合办的项目,隶属于化工学院下面。他的课程相比于

看了原文,有几个地方不懂。比如Figure 5,为了测出internal quantum efficiency(
IQE),为什么作者比较wire-array electrode (blue)和wires after being polymer-
embedded and peeled from the growth substrate (black) 两种样品的external
quantum efficiency(EQE)?作者不是说主要的parasitic adsorption是因为surface
states, impurities or residual VLS catalyst metal deposits. 镶嵌在PDMS里和从
衬底上剥离,如何就去掉了surface states和impurities的效应呢?

小弟是国内医学背景,对药学不太了解,但因为一直听说pharmaceutics比较好找
industry的工作,而现在有机会接触pharmaceutics,所以想请教内行,帮我比较一下这
两个方向?
1)是Physical and Applied Pharmaceutics:具体做physics of tablet compression
