两个整天，压力越大的时候越是用网络逃避。
今天看到http://www.uphs.upenn.edu/addiction/berman/neuro/ ，感觉还蛮scientific 的，这个doctor的理念是addiction 是个病，有相当大一部分是由于genetics, 还有addiction 对大脑，对nerotransmitter functioning 的影响。所以呢，你上瘾，戒不掉，不是你的错，不是你没有自治力，是你不幸，社会应该理解你，就象理解糖尿病患者一样。And addiction cannot be cured. You should get long-term professional care.
同时，我还在看rational recovery 的一本书，这个我觉得make sense, 但是逻辑上，
科学事实上不够有说服力。而且rational recovery 以前很火，很多活动，现在只有一
个网站，几本书，也说明这不是个很powerful的方法。 |

看孩子喜不喜欢做这件事(画画或做芭蕾练习), 尤其是在经过一段时间高强度的枯燥练
习之后能不能保持兴趣. 他们都主张早早分辨出孩子是真的喜欢还是被从事这个职业的
光环吸引,并坚定地认为只有真正喜欢, 能够自发坚持才能最终成气候. 因此我想, 那
些真正搞专业的人,应该是不主张勉强坚持的.对于有激情有天分的孩子,你觉得人家有
毅力,人家自己可能不觉得吧.
至于addiction, 激情是你对一件事情有兴趣, addiction是你对整个世界都没兴趣逃进
一个小黑屋, 区别太大了.对电子游戏有激情的人成了电脑高手,有addiction的人是因

你其实是很好奇的人，真的是对这个感兴趣，喜欢琢磨她这个个例的具体情形，所以一
直在问。我也误解了，觉得你总是在逼人家喝咖啡。其实我自己也有点biased，因为我
不喝咖啡，不是不喜欢喝，而是怕上瘾。你的钻研精神还是很值得推崇的，呵呵。
咖啡因的坏处，有不少文献提到，也有不少文献反驳，我这里就不赘叙了，其实像很多
问题一样，这是一个还没有解决的问题，或者人类对它的认识，还在发展中。就好像几
十年以前权威人士还很坚定的认为糖尿病和心血管疾病的元凶是fats，推崇的是low
fat，high carbs食谱，现在改变为carbs是元凶。人类将分子生物学以及各类新兴的检
测手段运用到生理健康上的日子并没有很长，所以其实很多理解都很有限。
那就从我自己的理解来说吧。我是个非常难控制住自己的人，很容易addicted，所以我
尽量的远离会addict我的东西。这个东西有addiction，对于我来说就是非常有罪的了
。还有一点就是我不希望让生活变得更复杂。我打个比方，有的sales鼓吹用一种薰衣
草精油可以让你睡眠愉快。先不说科学上是不是真的是这样的，就说真的work |

烈。

可能会好一些。解铃还需系铃人。但是我也不能确定。
我是流产之后做小月子的时候被GP气到了。我本来就是情绪很起伏、
个性善变、感情非常丰富、Passion 很强的人（不管我家人还是
我多年老友闺蜜都这么说）。你知道做（小）月子最最忌讳生气，
然后我腰部开始神经性痛（刚开始不知道是神经的，后来才知道，
我后面会接着说我是怎么知道的），接着觉得一辈子都会痛了，
心里很绝望，非常addicted to 自己的被气到这件事情。最重要
是身体问题，addicted to 腰疼可能会跟随一辈子这件事情。
我不上班，有大把的时间。于是在这种addiction 中，搞出一堆
感情上的drama.
然后去看医生。我医生分两个（不知道大家是不是都这样）：
一个是therapist，这个是专门听我祥林嫂的；另外一个是
psychologist，这个是专门开药的。
前者认为我就是闲的，觉得我生活没有focus点（不工作，且
没有娃需要照顾），故而focus on playing drama.
后者认为我manic.
