I'm so opposed to kids playing video games. Maybe one of the reason is I see
how it partially destroyed otherwise a very talented kid (my brother's son)
, he got so addicted and can't control himself to limit number of hours of
playing per day.
Now my son is in K. He is exposed to video game the first time after he
started a Chinese after school care. He's been watching for quite a while
and now he's asking he wants to play once. My husband said you can't always
block those things from him, but I'm so concerned he will get addicted and I
think every boy at this age will.
Do you allow your kids to play video game? At what age you'd allow them and
how do you control to not let them get addicted? |

and one of the option to use free time is to play video game. |

time myself each day to pick him up exactly whenever the formal class is
over. I asked the exact formal class dismiss time each day from the teacher
so the teacher knows my concern. I hope it will get to the owner's ear later
on. I really want to raise this concern to the owner but I don't think that
's a good idea.
Video game is like drug, except it works more slowly into your body...

难道还都被毁啦？主要是家长要控制时间和内容，培养娃的自制能力。你老不让他玩，
小心他不合群，甚至被人笑话/欺负

机课，会玩一些类似游戏的东西或干点简单的事情。光堵不太好，还是限制，讲清利害
吧。 |

很多孩子学会了编程之后就再也对游戏没有太大兴趣了

。从外面走过去经常看见小朋友玩游戏。到都是一些educational games。娃目前的
toddler room里面没有这些东西。我有一次跟同事抱怨这个问题。她还很惊讶我抱怨。
她认为早早接触computer是好事。要让小朋友从小通过computer去学习。我就无语了。
