用来证明你们想要的那种针灸无效。
比如要证明针灸的针插入深浅与效果关系不大，那么刺透皮肤和不刺透的sham
acupunture就是很好的对比。但他们的相同点是都刺激同一个穴位。
是你们根本没有搞清楚别人设计sham 的acupunture 的目的就在异想天开。你自己引用
的那段文章也说明别人sham 的时候不是乱扎。你看看你自己说的话：
“acupuncture和sham acupuncture都比不扎的有效，而acup和sham效
果一样就是说这个效果确实有但是跟乱扎一气效果相同。这没有临床价值好
不好”

not enough detailed history, but it all seems quite functional, since it has
been going on for 6-7 years and did not see to have a major interference in
your life, like being hospitalized and losing weight or things like that,
if you are a female, ever entertained the diagnosis of fibromyalgia?
if you keep seeing western medicine physicians, you'll probably be labelled
as crazy and need to see a psychiatrist,
may consider acupunture or something like that, sometimes placebo effect is
quite powe |

husband tried some Vitamin to boost the quality of sperms. I tried
acupunture and Chinese herbs at the same time. We tried about 9 months with
these help (we tried but not this seriously for at least 2 years). Our baby
is almost 10 months old now.
You will have your baby. Don't worry. Have things checked out. If there are
no medical reasons, just relax. |

btw, 那里的姐妹们更是把要宝宝当成头等大事业来认真对待。
收到很多的祝福， 印象最深的是一个姐妹说你一定会做幸福快乐的妈妈的， 给了我很
多信念。
虽然最后没有IVF， 但是学到不少东西，在这里一并感谢IVF俱乐部。 我是大龄，身体
也不好。 身体好的妹妹不会有这么多麻烦，也就不用看了。
关于备孕， 我不多说了，对我来说有用的是
每天下班后， 运动半小时。 我工作忙， 真的是挤的时间。 运动后才做饭吃饭，有时

觉得想详细说的是胎位， 我经历很多周折， 也在精华区考过古， 希望对精华区有补
充吧。
1。28周时，因为宝宝偏小，做了额外的超声， 发现宝宝头位，开心啊。 不过B超师乌
鸦嘴，说还不一定呢。没想到后来宝宝一直偏小， 每周做两次AFI。 所以一直知道宝
宝胎位。
2。30周时，臀位， 觉得还早， 不理， 不过开始到处看转胎位的方法。 每天早晚不
认真地作跪地操，
3。32周时，横位。 开始急。 每天早晚认真地作跪地操10分钟， 走路30分钟

我们回到了体育馆，还是每周六下午。经常是4各队。明显感到，通过一个暑假的“沙
滩集训”，大家的攻防水提高了。俱乐部又出现了一些新面孔。但是，有些元老，也走
了，大力男--身体素质非常的好，跳得高，力量大，技术上虽然不如小江，GYY他们“
老辣”，但是够用。他去了康州，据说每周六上午也是热火朝天的打球。去年，波士顿
比赛，他们那个队战胜了我们，2：0。老Y也走了。大鹏也走了。。。
对我来说，我的手臂开始能够发力了，虽然还是感觉痛，但是能够发力了。好消息！为
了这条手臂，我花了许多美元不说，更花了好多的心思。“”physical therapy,
acupunture, message,电极，连瑜伽都用上了．其中尤其要指出的是．我的一个波士顿
的朋友－ＣＧ，跟我说的如下几点注意事项，我坚持了下来，也许对同病相连的朋友，
会有启发：
１。 打球前，一定要ｗａｒｍ ｕｐ，至少２０分钟。全面的！！！手，头颈，手腕
，腰，关节。。。幅度由小到大。。
２。 打球后，用冰袋冷敷５－１０分钟
３。 平时，要做一些“患处”的练习，或者热敷。。。
４。 我还加上了适度的“瑜 |

我今天在最新一期的Marie Claire上看到一个老外作者就是靠调整饮食和坚持针灸来对
付她长期的痛经和子宫肌瘤（还是卵巢瘤，记不清了） |

But sleeping before 11pm and drinking warm water would help a little bit.
You can also try Guasha. It cannot be wrong. The active acupunture spots
will show themselves. And it has no effect on the inactive spots.
You can try a message center in Arsenal Mall in Watertown.
Also there are some Chinese doctors in Chinatown. But his method has big
side effect and I have no guarantee that he will cure it completely. |

If you search "alternative medicine" on pubmed, you get 168920 articles.
And don't forget, clinical trials of acupunture are largely initiated in
Western Countries. |

发帖数: 3966 | 13 国内的中医和西医都不可以在美国叫MD的。美国这边对MD的称呼是有严格规定的，具体
每个州都有立法。
在美国中医还没有很细的规范，目前大多数州都有关于注册针灸师的法规。注册针灸师
在每个州能用的称谓也不同，有的可以叫Licensed Acupuncturist, 或Acupunture
Physician. 中文一般叫针灸师，注册针灸师，中医师，医师等。
版上国内的学中医药的和学针灸的都有，也有的在考试。也有在美国考到注册针灸师执
照的，还有开业的。

really cool to have a doctor handy cuz whenever I have a discomfort
somewhere, he can use acupuncture to make it go away immediately. for
example I got a cold one day and can't breathe through my nose, he put
needles on my hands and next to my nose, the sinus went away within seconds,
so freaking cool!! |

I tried Sabadil finally and it's very helpful, at least help me to fall in
sleep at night easily. I had it for a week, and now my allergies are totally
