吃饭时有点发愁。多吃蛋白之类的东西吧。另外孩子吃饭习惯不好， 边玩边吃，吃得
那么慢，肯定没有胃口了。给他立规矩， 告诉他30分钟内搞定，不然饿肚子, 而且吃饭的时候不许玩。我们那个也有这毛病，
前两天timeout乐，挺管用的，不过我们才两岁，而且确实是饿，但就是不好好吃。不
