我儿子3岁7个月,今年9月正式上pre school.之前都是我自己在家带.
我儿子说话很晚2岁半左右才开始说话,现在能说很简单的句子和父母简单的对话,复杂

但是JAVA的基于开源的生态系统已经很强大，
大公司都在用，找工作前景很不错。
感觉上java和j2EE的是中大公司搞，
C#和ASP是中小公司搞或者非IT的大公司。
可以看出来薪水还是有点差别的，平均来说。

第一：只听得到自己想听的。
一句“我经理说我是他见过最高效的员工了”被他挂到嘴边不知道天天念叨。不否认他
经理可能是这么说过。当然需要这么说，合适的时间鼓励表扬再正常不过了。
结果呢，这个最高效的J某人，年终review拿了个 achieve expectation. 本来achieve
没什么大不了的，我也拿过achieve，70%的人都拿的是achieve。可是你拿了achieve然
后说自己多么辛苦多么高效多么能干天天加班。那只能说你真弱。被manage out是迟早
的。
第二：永远都是受害者
一旦有什么事情不合心意了，马上开始找各种外部原因。老板是印度人的话就简单了，
直接甩锅说印度人打压我咯。老板是中国人呢，就说老中欺负自己人。自己身体出了问
题，怪公司工作压力大咯。自己performance除了问题，怪生小孩休产假咯，被打压咯
。总之，永远自己都是爷，永远自己都没错，永远都是别人的错。
澄清一下：只针对版上J某人人。实际情况中确实会有很多外部因素影响，这个我完全
肯定，其他人请勿自行代入角色。
