stated day就记做bond payable。
关于issue between interest date, 我想公司是为了发放利息时候的简单方便（对
investor按比例发放利息，不用再做accrue之类的工作），就索性在investor购买的时
候就把先前accrue的利息收上，到时候再还给investor。 |

规定同事的expense report要在月底结束后几天必须上交
看有没有什么contractor提供了服务但是还没来得及invoice你们.

有好多procedures可以避免这类事情的发生
如果采取了有效措施,还是漏掉,那只能算这个月了 |

. This question only asks for compensation expense, which is the debit side

我们conclusion是fin48没有事 meet不到50% ....
所有capital gain按10%做accrual
然后我们client没有report transaction 所以可能会有penalty和accrued 0.05%的
daily interest
但是因为看了jiangsu case 貌似中国政府没有要求interest这一部分
所以我们conclude ok
其他人做一个job没有accrued 10% 也没事 据说是argue有tax treaty。。。
在香港做这个PE fund在税这方面还学到蛮多东西。在美国就是拿client的memo随便

今年产生的应收账款在未来有多少可能收不回来的。
坏账准备属于“会计估计”的一种，而“会计估计”之所以称之为“估计”，都是针对
“未来”的。坏账准备不是用来accrue本期坏账实际发生多少的，而是用来“估计”本
期或之前发生的销售产生的应收账款中有多少是在未来可能收不回来的。
这时候你会问，那为什么未来发生的坏账要算到本期的费用里面去呢？这是由于权责发
生制决定的。在你发生销售产生应收账款时，伴随着本期应收账款的产生，也产生了未
来收不回来账的风险，那么自然要将本期“产生”的风险确认为本期的费用，在未来实

产业和侨民财产，（如果已被没收或洗劫），德国不得要求归还，德国侨民如果战时被
中国政府侵犯人权，也不许再悲愤（原文都是法律辞令，我这个翻译很粗略，版上学法
律的大牛可以来出手精译一下）。这也许就算是“赔款”。事实上，凡约这个东东，是
要立大牌坊的，即便是德国对英法的赔款，在书面上也是一笔一笔算出来的，比如哪里

对农民而言，如果全国CPI是5%，而自己家的农产品涨价
涨了20%， 相对而言，农民可以从中受益。
如果CPI， 10%，但是自家的农产品只涨了5%， 比如前面
讲的那个种稻子的，那就等于亏了。
这是单算一年之内的，如果考虑固有存款，农民也不吃亏。
