对，enrollment management做的事就跟你说的差不多，需要用点小统计，需要跟不同
的职能部门打交道（admission，financial aid，scholarship，registrar）在面试过
程中感觉他们觉得自己这部门很重要，应为学校要根据他们的数据分析结果对招生的
strategic planning做出相应调整。当然，话是这样说，到底能起到多大作用只有他们
自己才知道。
另外一个我就有点盲人摸象了。对medical school的结构完全不熟，只是因为在教育学
院做过类似关于accreditation的工作，比较熟悉这个过程。这个医学院的工作是newly
created，基本上就是要找熟悉program evaluation，accreditation的人教他们如何
在学院里建立教学评估系统和应付accreditation agency。用的统计就更简单了，基本
上descriptives就能打发吧，然后更多时候就是跟领导，老师什么的开会。
想来想去还是想不清楚，虽然都只是staff，哪个稍微有前途一点呢？ |

我女儿也曾经上过一年这种幼儿园，感觉老师和孩子都很阳光，happy。现在仍然很怀
念。
我女儿上过4种不同的幼儿园，依次是：NAEYC Accredited的幼儿园，教会幼儿园（NAEYC Accredited），大学里的示范幼儿园（NAEYC Accredited），和Montessori幼儿园，每个幼儿园1年。
每个幼儿园都很好，都是当地评价不错的，感觉每个幼儿园有每个幼儿园的特色，都是
以培养whole kids为目标的，其中我最喜欢的就是大学的这个幼儿园，师资力量强，老
师是幼儿教育研究生毕业，非常了解孩子的心理，不强调ACADEMIC，孩子们成天都高兴得不得了，她在这个学校工作10多年，又不时有学幼儿教育专业的学生来当volunteer，有先天优势。 |

我觉得几个基本的东西可以注意下：
1。 看学校的资历。
正规学校可以在这里查到。

这两个list里面的机构不太相同，residency的list稍微长一些多一些。
现在问题就来了，
如果去提供accredited residency program的学校做postdoc，然后上他们提供的课程
，之后能考ABR exam吗？
还是说必须是做了postdoc之后想办法做了他们的residence才能考ABR？

要进ACGME accredited program 4年(相同institute)才可以考Board of Radiology, 如果在要申请的同
一个institute 你有 research experience 则须3年即可考试。还有一种情况也可，就是你在ACGME accredited program待了1-2年之后，你在那个科做attending,恭喜您，您中大奖了！连续满4年或3年（research background），就可考Board了。
要注意，requirements for full license 与此有所不同，各个州的规定也不尽相同。对外国人，第一年须要进
ACGME accredited program， 之后去任一program 都行。

而且，网上的课都很贵的。另外，就是以后不是accredit medical physics program的
毕业的不然考。现在的行情是，accredit residency program要求你是accredit
medical physics program毕业，知道你差课，就不会要你。
当然，你要是认识人，这些都好说。但是，你也要有人家利用的价值，不然，人家凭什
么把好处给你？
另外，有的地方，答应你做postdoc，但是不能保证你能去人家的residency，这个不是
发生在一两个人身上。 |

很愚蠢的。Accreditation这种事即使在美国也基本只有大学，医院这种学术机构才有
效，就是大学，也不是所有的大学都要求这个，regulate的极端就是医学领域。学术以
外最常见的regulate就是烟酒买卖条例和电影分级制度。
但中国社会跟美国社会完全不同，中国社会不要说法律，很多东西都是unregulated的
，举个学术界的例子，美国大学研究生的入学学士学位是先决条件，但在中国，你只要
claim下同等学力就可以了，即使博士入学考试，你claim下同等硕士学力就可以入学了
，习太子就是这样“考入”清华博士生的。所谓的同等，也就是单位写张介绍信而已。
这些都是白纸黑字写着的。
一个unregulated的社会里，很多accreditated的玩意就基本上没啥用，这也是读书无
用论的根源--你一博士在unregulated的社会里，往往需要和民工一起在同一条起跑线
上竞争一个职位--因为professional skill 和training并不被认可。所谓的phd也只是走
过场时才需要。 |

15天内所有学生需要转学，15天后拿不出证据，学校关门。核光大学CEO同时也是国际
医药大学的CEO。
除VISA 欺诈，还有制造假文件，非法侵入政府电脑系统等其他罪名。
这个可是第二所中国人开的学校被查出VISA 诈欺了。 中文新闻里面好像都没提到。
