fund，即使《25k也可以dt more than 3 times in any 5 consecutive business day
period.
我查了一下，得到不同的答案，刚才蛋疼，问了broker，得到confirm：无论cash
account or妈紧account，pattern day trading都适用！！！！！ meaning： your
net account value must >=25k all time in order to do more than 3 day trades in any 5 consecutive business day period!!

上，
1）剩下的一万多还可以claim child care tax credit吗？
2）如果不能，怎样交税最少？放5000到spending account上，还是不用spending
account，等tax return的时候再claim？
3）除了child care tax credit，还有别的项可能受spending account的影响吗？
总之，就是要不要在child care spending account上放5000？
我们的基本情况：税表填1040，一个博后，一个全奖学生，除了工资没有其它收入。

明年就回国了，所以准备把我的personal account status改成foreign, 这样应该就不
用交capital gain tax了吧？
那么，现在把这些股票从joint account里转到我的personal account里，会算我今年
把这些股票卖掉么？ 转过去过后, cost base 也跟以前一样么？

original account. But you have to request it in a polite way.
When I first play on FTP, I play faked money, I do not know reload faked
money by that time. Once I busted my faked money in one account, I open

time job很难，所以想读一门不受地区限制的实用的技能，找一个稳定的工作。没有读
过任何business方面的课。如果没有身份的限制，请问是直接去正规大学读accounting
's master 还是先读community college accounting 的associate degree or
accounting certificate以后一边上班一边进修master. 不知道accounting's
associate degree 能不能找到工做。因为听说工作经验对找工作非常重要，不知道像

验，想读accounting.
但是我必须full time工作，只能part time晚上的时候上课。
决定不了是拿一个accounting的certificate还是拿一个master.
由于是理科背景，我要读27个学分的business，33个学分accounting,才能拿到
certificate,并且符合考CPA的要求。一共60个学分的课，大概要三年才能上完
如果要拿master,我还要额外再上30个学分的课，这样一共要上大概五年的课，感觉太
长了。
我是想拿一个certificate,然后考CPA,之后再找工作。但是不知道一般的firm和big4会
不会一定要求有accounting的degree,还是只要有accounting的education和CPA（有绿
卡）,就可以了。

as long as you have enough accounting units to sit for the CPA.As long as
you can be licensed,you are basically same as other people who have
accounting degree...
In CA, a lot of the UC do not have Accounting Program, not even a Business
program. But their economic curriculum can basically included enough
accounting classes(optional) that allow you have enough units to sit for the
exam.

和cost accounting结合的密集课程。mm上的是这种吗？如果不是，就是直接把本科的

发帖数: 16 | 44 英语太烂了，觉得要自己考Toefl>100（ibt）， 太困难了，想在社区college读个
associate degree 可能容易点？再说如果以后转到university，拿到本科accounting
degree 话，考CPA考试又考不过的话，是不是又白学了，没有用处。
身份是绿卡,已是人到中年。
想学nursing的2年program（社区大学），可是英语太烂，communication skill差，害
怕handle 不了，本人不喜欢和人打交道（特别是要求交流技巧的），喜欢摆弄数字（
平时家里的小钱，喜欢盘算，对数字对账什么的）。
1.这个本科accounting degree而没有CPA执照，能找到会计工作吗？
2.已经工作和学了2年accounting的同学出来说说，accounting就是和数字打交道吗？
accounting专业的大部分课程就像intro to psychology 或intro to sociology 一样
吗？就是写essay 或方案？ |

能申到, 因为美国的accounting master大多是给本科非accounting背景的人念的. 你
要是有本科学位, 搞不好就over qualified了... 所以你这样的背景申请没有问题.
问题是如果你完全没学过accounting,就带来了下面的问题:如果你被录取了, 很可能被

补一些先修课程; 另外,你可能在入学以后,渐渐发现accounting并不适合你. 以目前的
经济形势, 和你目前的背景,要在毕业后找份工并不一定非常顺利. |

clearing, the ending balance on 06/30/2009 is $72,233.09.Is this a payroll
libility account balance?(Accrued Payroll libility)? then company paid
checks for bank account (some of them had payroll bank account), check bank
statement for this bank account to see if those pay checks are cleared.
there should be many way to do the audit... |

Master of Science in Accounting
MBA concentrate in Accounting
MBA/MSA dual degree
Graduate Diploma in Professional Accounting (certified program, usually 1
year)
第四个选择似乎时间用的最少，费用也最低，因为只要求一半的学分，但很少听到人说
学这个项目的,看到版上很多人似乎都是转行选择了学MSA. 是什么原因呢？ 是
certificate program 不好找工作吗？

发帖数: 44 | 48 Point is finance is not harder than accounting. People choose one over the
other for personal reasons such as accounting is more stable. Do not like finance
people feel superiority over accounting because one is not better than the
other unless you are a financial engineer and do a lot of heavy math. CPA is
easier than CFA but CFA is not that hard either if you put in the time,
easy math too.
Many people left accounting and moved into finance and then now put down accounting. Funny they put down |
