之前有发帖子请教EB1B申请中research position的问题。经过和HR一番周旋，现在他
们又改口说不确定employer是不是满足research，然后让我申请EB1A （上个月才说我
任何一类都不够， 无语中。。） 我如果申请EB1A 确实极弱case，所以还是想尽一切
努力push 雇主申请EB1B。 现在有几个问题请教大家，请不吝赐教！
1. EB1A如果是雇主支持的话，通过率和self petitioned的EB1A有什么区别吗？ 还是
说如果有了雇主支持，EB1A对申请者contribution的要求就会低一些？
2. 雇主是个non profit的hospital，然后这个hospital是affiliated with a
university。 (非tenure track，非faculty)的hospital的员工在EB1B（EB1-OR）申请
过程中还需要提供雇主雇佣3个以上full time researcher （以及research
accomplishments）的证明吗？
