门都撞得不成了，对方车几乎没事，这个责任是谁的？

我现在想查看一下事故报告，每份报告要15美元。但是我看到有两种报告：
1） police report 2） Motorist report
请问有人知道这两个报告的区别吗？两份报告的内容各自侧重是什么？
还有就是，在dmv提供的Request for copy of accident report表中，motorist
report
列了3次，难道是一场事故里面有三个motorist report?

got two fractures and one of them may need surgery.
Just received a letter from car insurance company. They said the body injury
claim may exceed my coverage limits. I called the adjuster and tried to get
more information, but she is not helpful at all and sounds very rude.
I have two questions:
1. If the claim exceed my coverage limit and the case is brought to court,

he drove on the left lane. His car went into my lane and left deep scratch
on my passenger door (left side).
We both have insurance. It was rush hour (5:17pm) and dark and I can not get

不过还有一种情况，车撞了后车主为找保险公司理赔直接将车卖给junk yard（估计JY
收clean title的车比salvage的价钱要高），JY再也低价格将整辆accident的车低价出
售--clean title。
之前就看过一俩05 maxima，7W迈，照片看撞得不严重，应该没什么内伤。才卖5000+

Geico，Progressive，21century 全五年了，记得以前有只追溯3年的，有的只有一年。

Today on the way back from grocery shopping, a Chrysler PT Cruiser hit
us from the back when the street light just changed from red to green.
It causes some scratches and marks on my rear bumper. Other three cars
behind us were also involved in the accident. The Jetta behind Chrysler
stopped fully, but a RX300 hit the Jetta slightly from behind. A
Suzuki XL7 hit the RX300 from behind and the front hood of XL7 was
bended.

发帖数: 38 | 28 经过是这样的，当时正行驶在曼哈顿I-87 North上面，速度大约50-60MPH
突然从前面卡车上面掉下一条带直角弯的钢水管，由于速度比较快，怕轮胎压上爆胎
于是打了一把方向想让水管从车中间过去，不幸钢管在路上面翻滚的过程中正好击中车
头底部部的transmission，而且正好在transmission oil换油口附近，当时就不能换挡
了，pull over到路旁等拖车，transmission oil 大量漏出~后来去autoservice，工作
人员说transmission没法修了，只能换。把车吊起来的时候能见到transmission那里有
半个拳头大小的洞。修车师傅说这种情况很少见，这都能发生，我还是买彩票去吧~T_T
由于比较突然 没有记住前面卡车的牌照，自己是used car，打电话问保险公司因为是
半保不能赔偿。
估计要自己承担了~
求助：
1. 整个transmission都坏掉了，02年的accord 换一个transmission大概要多少钱（加
人工费）？请有经验的前辈指导一下，不至于被auto part宰~

We had an accident on highway, rear ended another car, front car made a full
stop trying to turn left on double solid line. We did not follow very close
yet still can't stop fully.
Police gave front driver ticket and made front car at fault in the report.
But my insurance company said we are at fault no matter what because we rear
ended another car.
Any one have similar experience? |

foresee), you are responsible for the accident.

。。感觉好奇怪
我知道有种可能就是被偷了。。。但是即使被偷，应该不会有rebuilt title啊。。。

这种车是不是就不能买了，以后会有很多故障。还是说找mechanic check，如果说没问
题就没事。而且这样的车是不是以后也不好卖？

上一点点漆。当时叫了警察，警察来了填了张表，上面明确写了没有人受伤，也不会自

上周五收到保险公司电话，说对方claim了accident，于是我们在geico网站上传了照片
。 今天一早又收到geico电话，说对方声称受伤了，还请了律师。geico的agent要求我
们再给他我们车前bumper的照片，说他们会和对方律师先谈谈再说，看要求赔多少。
上来问问，这种情况怎么办才好，一般来说最后都怎么处理的。

那车有擦痕。
然后那家伙call警察。我call男朋友。没人接电话。然后那家伙开始冲我吼，说我要换
到中间那个lane。我的gps让我右转呢，我换lane干啥。懒得理他。等警察来。
警察来了，那家伙抢先跟警察说了。然后我show gps给警察。告诉他我根本不可能换到
中间的lane。
警察要了双方驾照保险，说accident report。若干天后ready。让我签一个＂failure
to maitain lane＂的条。我拒绝。it's not true.
警察把那个单子叉掉了。说他会在报告上说＂not determined”，没法说谁at fault。
让双方保险公司来调查处理。
然后我就给保险公司电话了。我全保。
然后就很不开心地开车回家了。
求安慰！求建议！

们卖有“severe accident”的车给买主都需要另外签一个文本告知买主这一事实。以
免事后麻烦。我周一会问清楚是哪个法律条文这样规定的。好像麻州的法律比较保护买
主。不过，这倒也给版上那些出了事就赶紧把车卖出去，不告知对方情况的主们提个醒。 |
