今天AE决定给Accepted with minor revision (AQ).
但是其中一个reviewer提出了新的问题，主要是说文章里面的仿真都是simulated
data, 为什么没有 real data. 我觉得很无奈，也不知道怎么回答。事实上的确很多
信号处理算法的文章中的仿真都基于simulated data的。
我想问的是，这种情况下，如果我修改了以后还是simulated data, 但是说一些
为什么没有/不能 用real data 的原因，是不是也可以通过？还是还有可能被拒？

provost和dean都签了名。请问我回复的时候是不是应该写“Dear Dr. XXX(provost)
and Dr. XXX (dean)： ”？收信人姓名地址 （就是Dear Dr.XXX）上面的block就写
provost的名字和地址？

Sometimes they don't read response letter of minor revision.
One time I suggested minor revision, and after the paper is resubmitted, the
