qualifying experience.

VA: No evaluation required as long as you have an advanced degree from
a ABET accredited school.
NC, SC: No evaluation requiredas long as you have an advanced degree from
a ABET accredited school. However, they would take your advanced degree as
equivalent to a BSCE, so you would need four years experience after that.
MD: No evaluation required. One of my friend just got his PE
transferred to MD from OH with about 3 years experience |

公司给不给出钱就难说了，既然你的同事都没有PE，那么公司就不需要PE，还给你出钱

They are the rule maker, ABET NCEES, how you gonna boycott it. The rule is
in favor of ABET and US schools for sure.
(Look at the evaluation, they always try to make your total credits be
equal to 120 credits. With the discount factor, there must be at least one
part below the requirement.)
As Tedamiao just said, don't worry about it. Most of the boards can accept
it and will approve the application. If you have a decent 4-year degr |

位，已经在美国考了EIT了。
基本概念是8年经验，abet本科算4年，硕士算1年，博士算2年。也就是说有硕士要3年
经验，博士需要2年。
大部分州要求evaluate本科学位，基本很难通过，所以大家要把重点放在不需要
