大家好！我是EB-1A主申请人，党员，我的I-485 pending了快3年，因为交485时党员自
行脱党远不满5年，要到2018年6月30日之后才满5年，所以一直担心自己的485会因为这
个不满5年的问题被拒。我现在是AOS，已经有H-1B approval notice，I-797表到2018
年3月31日过期。由于我已经用485的EAD工作了快两年了，我自己140/485的律师和学校
国际办公室的人都告诉我说要想回到H-1B身份，必须出境去美国领事馆申请H-1B签证，
然后用H-1B签证入境，回到学校用H-1B工作而不是用485 EAD工作，这样相当于我有了
备用身份，即使485被拒，我还是可以合法留在美国，等满了5年再重新交485。现在老
板已经同意再sponsor一年H-1B，即到2019年3月31日止，正好保证能度过2018年6月30
日这个五年危险期。
以上是我现在的基本情况，我有以下几个问题，还望版上各位高人们多多指点哈。

每个成功的宗教，不管其学说多么复杂庞大，都有一些核心的理念，简单明确，甚至说
起来都琅琅上口。
比如说佛教，有所谓的四法印：诸行无常，有求（诸漏）皆苦，诸法无我，涅槃寂静。
据说是释迦亲口颁布的，作为识别真佛法与假佛法的标准。只要符合四条的，不管其理
论多么奇怪，什么大乘小乘，唯识唯物，秘传显宗，甚至连轮回转世都可以否定不要（
比如汉传禅宗），都可以戴一个佛教的帽子。
这几条里面，有的是哲学世界观（诸行无常，诸法无我），有的是佛教提供的救赎道路
