jose比berryessa好的区不多。almaden valley是更好的。evergreen那边95135也算一

对中国人来说生活非常方便，父母来也方便。可能不开车，说中文都能生活。
不过还是要具体看小区，不能太差的。95133,94538我觉得有些地方不太好，不太安全
。其他再往北我就不了解了。:P |

物交通还行，附近公园也多。就是这附近的街道上的卫生差了些，学区别更别提了。 |

95032，东靠almaden valley 95120, 西边campbell的安全区 95008，北边还有一块
dry creek富人区，东北边的willow glen 95125也是白人喜欢的，虽然学区很烂。
95132相邻的几个zipcode都比较差，95131，95127，95133，95132就是一般区中的战斗

购物：132以亚裔超市和餐馆为主，离milpitas，fremont超市餐馆都不远，95124以白
人和莫莫超市餐馆为主
小孩：132公园学校里亚裔为主，124公园学校以白人莫莫为主。有些人喜欢和亚裔玩，
有些人喜欢和白人玩，看自己了
交通：湾区的公司整体偏北，NSJ本身就有大量公司。132通bart是个很大的利好
环境：这点132要逊于124，124传统白人区，打理的更漂亮一些。这点也是为什么132很
多人升级后转往CU或者MSJ
总结起来就是想要漂亮低密度独栋，娃喜欢和白人小孩玩，124好。要交通购物方便，
娃喜欢找亚裔小伙伴，132好。当然有钱还是CU之类的好
