基本情况：
身高：165cm
体重：120lb
三围：83，67，91
小腹：76
大小腿：51，35
饮食运动习惯：
一直吃得比较多，酷爱甜食，爱吃buffet，但以前运动量大，代谢旺盛所以从来不担心
体重问题。。。
搬家以后懒得自己做饭，总吃美国高热量食品，再加上周围没有一起玩的童鞋，运动量
明显减少，所以悲剧了。。。短短两
个月长了十几磅。
加入活动的原因一是减重二是恢复以前的健康饮食运动习惯，保持健康的身心～
目标是110lb，计划一周减一磅。
计划每天摄入热量在1200到1500卡之间，126g carb，30g fat，106g protein，25g
fiber，6杯水，一片
multivitamine，运动45min，睡眠时间保持在8h。
我一定会自觉自律不给队员们拖后腿！大家也要监督我啊！
目前的大敌一是吃饭速度过快（长期赶时间养成的坏习惯。。。）导致不知不觉吃进去
很多，二是来美国以后比较无聊所以
总用吃来排解。越是没有事情做的时候对食物的craving越是强烈啊～觉得应该找点别

！所以，就介绍大家我亲自尝试过的一些食谱啦~~希望大家以后能用得着~~
本周，先介绍提拉米苏。提拉米苏（Tiramisu），来自意大利，是我最喜欢的甜点之一
，朋友们吃了也都觉得很赞！咖啡的苦，酒的清香和mascarpone chese的绵密口感结合
在一起，真心让人停不下口啊！
做法：
1.煮咖啡（375ml），与6tbsp rum混合。正宗的是用italian espresso，但是流氓兔找
了几次没找到，就用了雀巢速溶咖啡代替，也是不错的~~喜欢咖啡的苦就多加点咖啡粉
，喜欢酒味就多加点rum。
2.6个蛋白打发。注意：放蛋白的大碗里不要有油和水哦。打发至中性发泡就可以了。

Took two falls, my first time on the trail. One was quite major and got a bleeding had. It's a "fat ass" race, we paid only $25 and got well stocked aid station every 5 miles. But I was a bit surprised that the Race organizer didn't even have a first aid kit. I had to use water and salt to disinfect my wound, talking about masochistic ultrarunners...

7月份的关键词：跑步，遗憾，成长
7月份，好多人休假，我没有休长假，但是每天提早下班，每周休一两天，心情好轻松
的说。跑了好多步，看了不少书，去海边玩，嬉水，看日落，露营，亲近大自然。
开心的有：
1） 心灵方面：本月又开始打坐了。我想培养定力呀 。还想亲身试验，如果连续三
个月每天一小时的坐，会不会真的有明显改变，比如心情平静，如SEEU所说“依定力余
势”。
2） 心情方面：本来很悠闲很轻松，但是下半月出现了巨大诱惑，结果心情啊就像

最近悲催的发现拍子的拍柄好像买大了，特别是缠了一圈胶布之后，打久了虎口有

始RAISE 3BB,全收盲注,CO继续3BB,全收盲注,到第四次我在UTG这样,终于遇到抵抗,
BUTTON RE-RAISE $5.50,我知道他是看不惯我而已,不至于是AA,KK这样,但牌应该还可
以,我是Kh 8h,也还可以,就RE-RAISE到$15,他马上ALL-IN,我想了下还是CALL,就算是AQ
,我也有40%胜率. 翻出来他是K 10,被DOMINATE,最糟的结果.
我在想如果我当时直接RAISE ALL-IN,他会不会CALL,不过他已经PISSED OFF了,估计也
会CALL. 如果当时我CALL他PREFLOP,FLOP三张小牌,我肯定先BET探底,他已经GET MAD了
,估计来个大RAISE,这时我肯定不会ALL-IN了,他A HIGH还是很可能的,所以我肯定FOLD了. 这牌好像怎么也拿不下来. |

2) if he didn't have it, i still may get a crying call from a set, say, 30%

First briefly describe the course how I reach the final table. At the very
beginning of tourney, I got double up over someone’s donkey move. After
that, my AA 3 bet preflop, villain call and hit bottom two pairs, we went
all in and fortunately I catched higher two pairs at river and suck him out.
With 3X starting chips, I cruised all the way with healthy chips until
around 100 players remain when the blinds increase faster than the chips I

utg guy raise 10$, he has a huge stack. He seems decent. I have 450$ and he
has me covered.
MP calls, MP is short, I am at button and choose to flat with AsKs. sb and bb fold.
3 way action. 30$ pot.

has deuces. normally i would just call the river but this board is just too
favorable i feel there is a lot of value left there. I didn't think anyone
can fold KK QQ JJ here. Anyway.. i am in a spewy mood today. can't make a profit..
