对此，商务部研究院国际市场研究部副主任白明对上证报记者解读表示，可以预见，全
年外贸数据基本已无望由负转正。“只能希望最终全年的降幅尽可能缩小。”
1-10月，我国出口11.46万亿元，下降2%；进口8.47万亿元，下降15.2%。10月当月，出
口1.23万亿元，下降3.6%；进口8331.4亿元，下降16%。
“目前出口在1-10月的下降是2%，全年来看，能与去年相差不大就行，这样回升的基础
还存在。”白明表示。

花街这么做绝非善意，而是要吓唬散户在其人为的极端价割肉出局。
