scars very well. Refer to Chris Mac's reviews on supertopo. TCU and
ultralight have U stems and don't work quite as well. When I say small
pockets, I am talking about really small ones that tricams won't fit, like
those where you can only stick in your pinkie. That's why I said it's way
beyond my free climbing ability.
In general, I don't bring cams smaller than blue metolius on free climbs. I
only lead 5.7s and 5.8s anyway |

我去了一天大榕树，一天白山，一天雷劈山； 和小曼，阿牛，jay等等牛人hangout,
看大家爬5.12/13/14, 酱油打的很愉快， 呵呵
阳朔好吃的太多了，而且来自各地的年轻人都很开朗热情， 每天一堆climber一块吃饭
非常香， 石斑鱼火锅，东阳羊肉馆。。。晚上还有地方烤火聊天，实在是腐败攀岩圣
地。不过下次去前要sports水平上个台阶才行，觉得那里的简单路线不是很美好, 我爬
的5.10b以下的路线感觉没有yosemite 5.6/7s传统路线的美感，不知道是不是个人不习
惯sports的原因。 |

来美国后当了几年沙发土豆，养了30磅的膘。09年初才开始爬山慢跑减肥。
只要锻炼得合理，坚持下去，肯定有进步的。Lydiard讲过他训练世界上第一批jogger
，20个40至70多岁的business men，大部分有过heart attack，8个月后有8个完成全马
。其中一个74岁的老头，开始时连50米都跑不完，8个月后减了60磅，可以连续跑20迈。 |

本人最终成绩36：45，排名32，今年最快的29：xx，历史最快26：xx
赛前定的目标是35分，想7分的pace跑完全程，最后能冲就冲一下
但到那一看就傻眼了，原来不是road race，而是trail race
尼玛我从来没跑过trail啊，而且我穿的是inov-233啊，心里就直打鼓
敢情这cross country就是在野外跑的意思啊
温度还好，十点开跑的时候40F左右
不过这风大啊，15MPH，让人感觉那个冷啊
原准备让LD带娃给我加油顺便拍照的
后来觉得实在太冷，还是让LD把我送到就回去了
赛前来回跑了几圈热身，还认识了一个52岁的runner，说年轻的时候10K跑过34：xx，
我当时那个葱白啊
又问今天的target，说是35左右，心中一喜，就决定跟他跑了
跑前十分钟脱了外套长裤，又是一阵哆嗦
起跑前两分钟组织者给大家加油了
说这是一个在林子里面穿来穿去的Trail race
有石头，有叶子，有树根，有害怕的现在就回去吧，这么一说大家反而轻松了点

发帖数: 3810 | 40 我也晒一个四大牛人，大学同班同学，这真的是个牛人，199x年全国大学生运动会百米
冠军，我们学校的百米纪录是10.8s，就是他当年的，当然这个成绩如果是体育特招生
也就没太牛了，这哥们牛b在高考和我们一样考进来的，只是有20分的减分，也不像其
他体育特招生读的都是文科专业，他读的是我们学校基本最难的一个工科专业，而且成
绩还不差。说多了，转到足球上来，话说这哥们进校后跟我们说百米最快10.7s，我们
都笑话他吹牛B，不过不久的校运动会就让我们折服了，10.8s破校记录。正好年级各班
搞足球联赛，我们说这种人才还不拉进来，成了我们主力前锋，我们有球就一个大脚往
前送，让他去跑，结果很快发现他根本停不住球，一趟球就是10米远，当然经常可以追
上，再一趟又是10米，就送底线外去了，后来。。。再也没有后来，不过他的教练也禁
止他进行其他运动，怕他受伤。
了，一冲起来吓都能吓尿几个。
甩了。问题是他追上球后下一脚就不知道该怎么办，不是捅歪掉就是再胡乱趟出界外。
接连这么失误好几次后大家都没信心了，反正球到那也是有来无回的，对手也不再当回
事。底下看热闹的开始跟着瞎起哄。
