To be eligible for AC21, your new employment must be the "same or similar"
occupational classification to the one described in initial Form I-140.
There is no clear definition of what constitute "same or similar," but a
USCIS adjudicator will consider the following factors:
Job Description: your job duties of the new employment will be compared with
the job descriptions contained in your I-140 or labor certification (ETA
750A or new PERM).

EB23闹成这样有失体面，在于我只注意了AP的便利性（H1B也可以往返，并非生死问题
）和EAD可以让配偶工作，而忽视了EAD的另一个重要性。经过某些EB2的再教育，体会
到了为什么EB3应该全力阻止EB2降级。
其实最重要的是EAD的一项功能。根据AC21法律，在485上交180后，不仅仅可以换工
作（前雇主撤掉140也没关系），还可以在失业的情况下保住身份，重新上路。那么485
就不是所谓锦上添花的效能，而是可以和绿卡比肩了。
基于此判断，我鼓励所有的EB3使用各种方法保住自己的排期，坚决阻击EB2的降级。

一、前言
占相、咒术与神通似乎一直是人类感兴趣的，而在传统与习惯的
认知里，它与宗教有某种关连 (注2)。由于宗教与神通方术若即若离
，在佛教一般性介绍或入门的书籍，常有针对两者关系的澄清 (注3)
。其实从佛典中看，占相、咒术自为一范畴，神通另为一范畴；而佛
教徒有在家与出家人之分，佛陀允许在家人做的，不一定同意出家人
做。本文仅探讨佛陀对出家人表示有关占相、咒术的态度，兼论他对
神通的看法。简单地说，佛陀明白地反对出家人从事占相、咒术，而
有条件地许可神通的表现。但如果以它们为手段，于身外有所希求，
或满足现世利益(如名闻利养)为目的，则皆在释迦牟尼佛反对摒斥之
列。在后文可以发现，它们与调伏自身贪、瞋、痴，以解决世间烦恼
(如老、病、死、无常诸苦)，达到涅盘或心解脱为目的之佛法有别。
