我们的140是NSC批准的。递交485的时候，我也不确信正确的地址。但根据自己阅读
instrcution的理解，估计应该是递交到NSC （NSC PO Box 87485， Lincoln， NE，
68501-7485）。
最终的结果是：4月1日USPS寄出，4月4日NSC Receipt Date，4月8日NSC Notice Date。 |

有两个差别：
他们的信封上在USCIS Premium Processing前有DHS/，我没有写
另外我写了Street Address，(850 S. Street)，他们的信封上没有（这是FedEx的要求）
另外邮编信封上是68501-7103
我写的是第一次寄PP时的邮编，68508
唉，看来真的寄错地方了，不过不知道为什么，既然都是PP，另外收到的那个Office也
不给Forward一下
