我感觉这栋搂,都上市快一年了,2-8楼都还没填满,卖了大概就20户。他要不降价,
要等多久才能卖完阿?事实上,3周前,他们给我写在宣传单上一个六楼的studio,说
449k,我发现,一月16号上市标的是409k,降了10%。而且,我看到12月他们卖掉一个10
楼的,虽然不是同一户型,但也是one bedroom,才595k.
这样看来,八楼那个,给个580k都不算太过分?
该怎样杀价呢?要不要提出来这个10楼的价格都才595k, 8楼你还要我至少620k?
他们卖这种高端highrise的策略,是不是先卖楼低的,价格标高些,如果卖掉了,好,
高层的再价高,就算高层价格太高卖不掉,再降低价,反正低层的也卖了高价,所以整

purchase price 595k, renovation and re-development budget 670k.
long term plan is to sub-divide the 9.1 acres into 4 parcels, keep the hotel

. Zillow上$582k. Assessment price $565k. My buyer agent said they already
got 2 offer. Do not know how much those two offer. But the seller did
not accept both and counter offer to $595k. My agent said the seller's
bottom line is probably around $585k. How much is a reasonable amount for me

a lot of times when seller agent talk like this, this doesn't mean it's
really "approved". Otherwise the house has been sold. This is more bank most
recent BPO value. when seller first list the house, they put lower price to
attract buyer offer, then they submit to bank to initiate the short sale
process, since an offer is required for initiating the process.
then bank send out BPO, that value will be used for the following listing
