发帖数: 740 | 22 上个星期发了secure message拿到了50k和2yr fee waived，当时用的是5889的bonus
id。然后重新compose了一份message要求match 75k，用的bonus id 5894。然后回信说
不行，不管，重新又发了一封，然后收到回信说可以match，但是要等6-8周。前两天花
完500后看见只有10k点，就又发了一封问75k什么时候到，结果回信的竟然说没有75k，
只有10k。ft。
不管他，今天reply了那个肯给75k的csr，直接问他什么时候发剩下的65k，一个小时后
收到回信说65k已经issue了。
发现AMEX的message系统估计是这么运作的：
1.系统随机把收到的message分到各个csr手中，每个csr都有权力批或者据。
2.csr如果拿不准就交给了manager来处理，这个时候回信的时间就会很长，我遇到的都
是过了1天才回。而且manager都是据，至少我的情况是这样。
3.csr估计看不见你以前发的消息，所以我经历了批-》据-》批-》据-》批的过程。但

其实我是跟着那批5月份一起申请的。当时还看到了说能把50k换成75k。不过也没太上心急着花完。而且我收到卡激活的时候就和customer representative确认过的，他当时亲口确
