Yes, tax is about $70, so total for 4 nights come out to be $670.
I booked on 12/30 to 01/04, and was able to find the same deal for X'mas,
MLK, president day holidays, etc.
Is car necessary for a ski trip in SLC? Superpass includes free ski bus, was
that useful?
How much is a motel normally run during holidays per night? Do they offer
superpass in their package ($180 4days)?

汇报一下，最后是决定5天在keystone住，买了keystone的4天的雪票，才179刀每人，5
天里面剩下1天可能会去breckenridge（选了个resort charge貌似可以直接direct to
lift）。hotwire上定了4星的酒店，比在酒店网上book便宜了不少。用公司discount租
了辆hertz的full size sedan，价格比同样用discount的enterprise，national便宜了
不少。日子我们选择12/20-12/25号，立马节省一大笔开销（机票住宿都便宜不少，而
且keystone的4day pack的blackout date正好12/26开始）
期待啊期待，希望圣诞之前滑雪lp千万别受伤，希望圣诞的时候co有好雪！

发帖数: 3431 | 7 嗯，去外州ski trip确实很少，这算是第二次。充分感受到，ski trip就是烧钱啊，去
co短短5天，机票住宿租车雪票（我们家两只狗boarding还有额外花费），够买本地雪
场几年的season pass了。。。
如果我住在科州，epic local pass那当然是很好的。但是我就来滑几天啊，两个人每
人花上5，6百有点不太值了。还是节省点好，最后买的keystone 4day pack $179我觉
得就挺好的～
现在还计划了个MLK去utah的trip，机票酒店都订好了，租车雪票还没定～
本来二月份还打算去趟whistler，搜了下住宿和雪票，又摸了摸钱包，然后。。。就没
有然后了 |

发帖数: 3431 | 8 这次圣诞带lp去CO滑了5天，mogul，tree，bowl，powder都体会了；感冒，风暴，撞树
也都经历了，5天的trip实在是回味无穷阿～
买了keystone的4day pass，前3天和最后一天在keystone。第一天，有幸跟OnEdge等众
雪友在keystone结伴而行，人多热闹，滑的甚是欢快～ btw，OnEdge滑的真是快，追都
追不上！ 可惜时间不够，第一天没怎么去后山Outback。
接下来两天基本上就呆在Keystone后山，带ld体验树林里穿梭探索和mogul上跳跃。
keystone的降雪远比附近的几座山少，不过off-piste的雪还是相当不错，只是树林里
有点地方coverage不够，每次划过石头上很心疼ski。也表扬下ld，今年进步很大，顶
着感冒，黑道蘑菇也能勇敢滑下来，树林里狭窄的corridor也能流畅的short turn，可
惜没能录下来。
第4天，就是Xmas Eve，经不住powder的诱惑，超过去了大名鼎鼎的Vail。 Weather
report说过去几天Vail大概有2feet的雪，而且还不停的在下。一路上二驱sedan开的胆

果住在南边还好些。Rainqualmie去年开了一个月的门，山太矮了遇到暖冬就悲剧，今
年strong el nino，估计还是悲剧。
Rainqualmie还有问题是周末很挤，适合周中去或者早下班去夜场。
现在pass那么贵，建议是买些multiday pack票，比如stevens 4day 169，Crystal有5
天的票大概每天50的样子，算着买。这里离whistler也不远，加元又便宜，如果没MTC
可以买whistler的edge卡。总的来说还是很flexible |

，一周2天不用去。
纯赚钱的角度，AC并不适合咱们，路比较远，一般情况下$200/day(10 hours)已经算不
错的收入，除非能中jackpot，消耗时间精力比较大。俺喜欢AC是比较喜欢live的刺激
，那里摸把AA远比online“又”发了一把AA感觉强烈多了，手摁住，一点点翻开来看，
两张黑色AA露出来，前面有rich donks raise big...
哈哈，孩子一岁之前估计你没戏了，周末累得要死，LD一个人搞不过来的，还是online
比较简单易行。

25ft), the RV was not a new one, make on 2006, got 121650miles already.
Personally I do not think I could drive a pick up plus a trailer at the back

大家都劝我不要去...
都说亚洲独身女青年, 怎么看都是下手对象, 而我又没有什么一个人出游的经验
但我没忍住, 还是去了. 一去就是一个月, 爬山潜水Safari.
回来以后我想说...
说非洲乱啊穷啊不安全啊大多数其实都是没有去过的童鞋
真正非洲神马样子, 其实很多时候让我很惊奇, 也许只有亲身经历了才知道
至少Tanzania和Kenya因为旅游业发达, 也没有战乱民族仇恨什么的, 对女性也没有歧
视, 基本上还是比较安全. 而且好吃好喝其实还是很方便滴!

4days later, P1细胞confluent，开始subculture 到P2，split ratio 分别是1:10, 1
:30, 1:100, 1:300
10 days later, P2的1:10细胞也confluent，1:300细胞可以看到single colony，但是
比较密集不容易pick up。
我现在能不能用P2的1:10细胞再做一次1:100的subculture，等几天后看到比较分散的
colony后再做pick up? 这样是否相当于从P1开始1:1000 subculture？
但是另一个博后不赞同这样做，说这3周之中细胞已经transformed的很多，现在再做
subculture能拿到成功克隆的几率要比P1开始1：1000 subculture要小得多。请问大家
看法？

recommend the goldusmle review in New york. >85% time the doctor was there
teaching us, about PE, Patient notes and communication with patient. They
have 3 day course, and also 4days, 5 days. I went to the 3d course, I think
it was good enough. |
