优点:好学区,小学9分,高中9分。离公司2mile. 中午都可以回家吃午饭。
缺点:TOWNHOUSE, 和邻居SHARE墙。房子小,尤其LIVING ROOM小。HOA贵,可能事儿还
多。房子

comparable, 都是打死我也不买的烂房子。seller也这么说,但还是同意降到470,我

这个是不是很高?我看板上怎么都是3.75或更低?没有point, no origination fee.
他解释说因为我FICO 700要加0.75point, 20% downpayment on condo要加0.75point,
所以折合成APR就是4.125左右。他说如果我愿意的话可以多出点rate拿1%的point来
cover部分closing cost(我现在钱只够付closing,不想之后一点存款都没有).
另外他给的GFE closing cost大概是13K (490K condo, 20% down)
你觉得这些靠谱吗? |

的COST。
关于FLOOD ZONE和FAULT ZONE, 一般SELLER卖之前都会ORDER一个Natural hazard

I think it is better to have an agent to help you provide these information
because you will need very precise information, not just any zillow value.
Zillow is often very in-accurate.
We just sold one recently where zillow stated $490K but we sold for $580K in
2 days. |
