在NYC，平时出门都是公交或者地铁，或walk。
听说新生儿坐车必须有carseat，那我们没自己车，临时叫出租车的话，车上没没
carseat，难道我们自己手里随时拎着个沉重的carseat？
如果用carrier的话，可以坐公交么？纽约的公交每一分钟就停一下，开的巨慢，车上
人也蛮多，空气啥的对没有免疫力的新生儿来说是不是不太好？
也不能用stroller走回家，蛮远的，50多条街，再说刚生完的孕妇也走不动。
应该怎么办呢？

1. leave your fax #, not only mailing address on your fax.
better to have a fax number on the letter, instead of a mailing address.
they will fax their reply letter to you (grant your request or not). need not to
wait 7-10days for the letter.
USCIS said they are responsible to reply your
request within 48hrs. this is true, normally the decline letter is sent out
within 2-3 days. but it takes 4-7days to your mailbox

最后换到一家中国人，走的 Provident Funding。
经验是同时递交多份申请,并告知我在别家还有申请。
坚决别给另一家看你拿到的最好Offer.
而且要求必须 Beat 你拿到的最好Offer才换，而不是 match.
让他们自己斗出个高低来。
我给他们的原话是，
“You do your best, and I will make my choice."
他把 GFE 发给你后，两三天没收到你的回音，他自己就知道急了。
收到第一轮报价后，拿最好的 rate 去问所有其他人，"Can you beat it?"
收到第二轮报价后，再问。。。 如此反复。。。 :-)
每个 Agent 都至少给我发了两轮 GFE，斗到最后一轮，几个 Agent 自动退出，
我拉他们继续火拼，他们都不肯干了，我就知道差不多到底啦。

Timeline:
2/25(Wedn): Loaded 1K using chase credit card at my local Target store.
Register printed two receipts (probably many of you have known): one normal-
looking receipt but showing "NEW BAL: N/A", the other was the error message,
"This transaction can't go through right now...".
回来看online没有显示这笔load，注意到这个版和flyertalk上很多人报同样问题，所
以打算等待看看。希望要么这笔钱会被退回，要么最终出现在账户上。
两天后，那个load transaction已经在信用卡上posted了。

call in 24-48hr to get an update on that email.
BTW, if you don't mind, could you elaborate your communication with them. So
