activity today. 10 top brands participated. I tried 9/10 brand. It was
really fun.
I started from Cobra/Titleist. I was a fan of Cobra drivers. and its new
irons series attracted me as well. I tried Cobra HS9 460cc driver, Milled
Titanium F/M speed 460cc, and S9/FP/Carbon CB irons. I know s9/fp is not

Since i was able to hit all drivers (i guess i was able to hit good shots
even u just gave me a stick, haha), I can't not tell how good it is. hehe.
it is supposed to be good. I have another good one for sale. cobra 460cc m-
speed offset with stiff, low kick, Grafalloy shaft. man, it was my favoriate
weapon. |

of your current set, i can trade my stiff shaft 3 wood (brand new )back to
ur fairwood .hehe . I like regular shaft.
yah. don't try the blades until you are really good. it just hurts your
passion to the game.

实际上，今天这论，我的driving distance很consistent, 也足够长，对我的能力而言
， 260 yards的carrying， 就是course太长了。

发帖数: 94 | 9 Currently my driver is an old school Cleveland Launcher 330cc with 9.5
degree. This is considered a much smaller head compared to other drivers
these days.
Recently I tried hitting some 460cc big heads. They consistently showed a
15-20 yard longer distance than my 330cc. Although I am a strong believer
of fundamentals and believe that it's more about the swing than the
equipment, I start to suspect the size of driver can truly give substantial
improvements.
What are your thoughts? |

as i know, distance is measured by a figure of merit called MOI among the
differnt golf head design, given all 460cc.
Nike makes the higest moi driver, sas-sqash and later on SUMO, which all
come with the square head (sumo has the normal head version tho.)
it's easy to understand the square head driver is more forgiving since its
symmetry design. but distance?
btw, i do see Antony Kim overpassed Seigo Garcia. it's sumo vs. tour burner. |

swing flaws. You will probably hit longer and straighter paying a pro that
money for a couple of lessons. BTW, I somehow cannot get used to 460cc
drivers, they look too big to me. It must be just me. No one else seems to
have issues with large-head drivers. |

我现在也是差不多的15度3 wood用的最多。反而driver距离不比3 wood远，比较郁闷。
可能要考虑买10。5度的3wood的driver了。460cc越来越不习惯。
可以代替3wood. 若树在前方近处,可击出低矮球,从树冠下穿出. 顶风,可用来开球. 打
左右曲线球绕过障碍,更是好用. 在深草中,也能打出相当的距离. 使用率比fairwoods
高.

种460cc，一种430cc。我跟sales说Tiger不是用350cc什么的，他说他用的就是跟大家
普通人不一样，他指给我看老虎用的小刀片Iron，退货的特多，而且特快，老百姓一激
动买回家上场一打就泄气了。
搞得我得反思自己到底是不是要这样的小头driver了。还是一是心血来潮。
你还有300cc的稀货，家底真deep呀。可惜我现在玩左手，估计要是真要，只好上ebay
找了。谢谢了。
Tiger的Driver也就只有350cc. 我也试过2号iron,但那是19度,弹道高了点. 所以,还是
16度Hybrid效果更好. |

to me, driver is just to put the ball on the fairway, which gives you a lot
of chance to miss, in general, fairway are much wider than green.
with your excellent control from 3wood, you would easily break 80, even with
not-so-accurate-driver. since you can always tee with 3wood when the
fairway is narrow.
if you change the expection from your driver, you would find tons of drivers
suit you need.

用3铁开球. 即使在par 5的hole. 成绩90-100,基本没区别.铁杆开球还好点.因为我们
有彩,记分比较严格. 吼吼.
现在想入手一根好的driver. 但是不知道什么比较好. 试了试R9,460cc的那个 才开180
- 200, 感觉根本没什么优势.
有人给出个主意怎么提高driver或者成绩吗? 指点江山一把，不胜感激． |

发帖数: 185 | 22 很重要的一点避免driver 的球乱跑就是不要用吃奶的力气轮，很容易动作变形。
其实那种460cc 的driver forgiveness 很不错，轻轻的轮就能容易上190~200。 |

但是杆身还是硬一点的比较好用. 准备上手个R9 460cc.
我打球的methodology 比较保守, 200多yards,我一定会5/7i+short iron(包里从来不
装fair way wood, 感觉比driver 还难打.) short game是我的强项, 钱都是从这里挣
到的.
因为有彩,所以所有的penality, drop都要算. 时不时的还要被人算杆. |

发帖数: 398 | 27 如果你的swing比较稳定，一个比较快的增加club head speed的方法是换个轻一点儿的
球杆。我改用TM的RBZ后，增加了5MPH的速度，CARRY长了15-20码。CLUB HEAD 都是
460CC的， RBZ的球杆才48克，比我原来的srixon fujikura球杆少了12克。
当然，根本的还是要增加身体的力量和柔韧性。另外身体在swing过程中的balance也重
要，因为club head speed不完全决定CD，还有一个smash factor，决定你club head的
能量的传递效率，balance好了，MAX out swing speed 才有效。练练练。 |
