有要求一定要热菜，炒菜，汤菜。所以，俺的晚餐勉强达到活动要求了。霍霍
第一个是餐后甜点。果冻。1cup 加两袋无色无味明胶（加双倍的明胶可是果冻速成）
，加3cup热果汁（微波炉热3min），放冰箱30min可成型。（图是1/4的成品果冻，45热
卡）。
第二个肉食。是前提晚上卤的猪蹄。（捞出即可，时间算2min）
第三个是主食和蔬菜（面包机烘烤2分钟，蔬菜直接生吃，不加dressing）
第四个，皮蛋拌豆腐加酱油，香油。（就花一个拨蛋皮的时间，剩下的我拿叉子和勺子
搅拌，时间算2min）
完了，做饭时间加吃饭时间，死活不倒40min |

做法:预热烤箱375F。 用搅拌器搅拌蛋和糖4-3min放柠檬或橙汁及柠檬或橙zest
之后,分批
放入奶油和面粉搅拌均。 让混合料rest10分钟, 然后用匙子放入
烤盘里的每个模子。
烘烤12出分钟，

看前面有个mm发奶茶，突然间很有兴致，翻箱倒柜找出来以前的红茶，配个菠菜馄饨面
做今天的brunch之一啦～～
奶茶
1. 两杯水烧开，加半勺红茶叶。
偶这里是伯爵红茶，因为伯爵大概算花果香料茶吧，调的佛手柑味很重，煮出来满室飘
香；而且伯爵和早餐茶算是红茶里最便宜了吧，煮来喝也不心疼～～～
2. 转中火煮3min, 加半锅牛奶；
3. 边缘起泡后去盖，继续煮5min；煮的时候不断用勺搅拌，偶不想它起一层皮～～
4. 关火，加3－4颗冰糖；
5. 融化后用大大的网格勺过滤茶叶盛碗。
豆芽香菜凉皮
1. 天津粉皮2张，泡水2小时，中间换水一两次；软了后剪成宽一点的条状；洗净豆芽
、香菜；
2. 水开后一次烫熟香菜、豆芽、粉皮；
3. 碗底调匀鱼露、醋、麻油、柠檬汁几滴、白胡椒一点点，川烫的开水浇上一勺，再
加入烫熟的菜，拌匀；
偶拿鱼露当盐用，不知道是不是很诡异～～不过习惯了就好，嘻嘻～～～ |

先两面放盐，孜然，胡椒，辣椒面。
oven预热375C，
cast iron锅一只再炉子上加热，
锅热了在羊排表面涂点油，进锅sear,2-3min翻面，翻过来应该是焦黄而不是焦黑，时
间自己调节，两面都sear好了连锅一起进烤箱。
烤7min,翻面，再烤7min. 这样是全熟的。家里有小朋友没办法，
自己吃的话我喜欢再少烤一两分钟， 肉稍有点粉红， 更好吃。
比羊肉串好吃太多了。 |
