My family has been approved on Dec. 06 2011 for both I-765 and I-131. The
comb Card for my wife and me arrived on Dec. 13 2011. But the approval
notice or travel card for my son has not been received until now. Last month
, I called the USCIS and was told to wait for 30days from approval date.
Just call today, they told me to fill another I-824 to ask for duplicate
approval notice. But they ask for $405.00 filling fee.

The lady said IF you donot receive FP more than 30days, she can ask
Service Request.

Then, they will give you another 60 days that you are welcomed to check back
if not heard from TSC.
It is until an IO has been assigned to your case that they will tell you
check back in 30 days. But, again, they don't have to have a decision in
this 30days.

Time line:
07/2016 ：CC EB1B I140 and I485
08/2017: I140 approved
10/2017: SR submitted and fax to congressman, and congressman responded in
1week saying case was submitted to one officer and fax me again if no
respond in 30days.
10/20/2017: mailed out REF from NSC.

１/3 service request
1/5 sent letters to 2 senators.
1/6 called senator office to follow up. I was told that they contacted USCIS
and my cases are with an officer. I need to wait for 30days.
然后每天查N次，网上状态一直没变
1/15 星期六下午４点多，忽然收到email和电话msg，上网一查，两个485approval
notice在１０号己经邮出.
然后再等
１/18, 帮我做４８５RFE的律师打电话，收到邮寄的我的485 approval notice
我家里到现在还是没收到，估计是地址错了或者邮丢了。也不知道真正的绿卡能邮到哪
里我能不能收到，打电话uscis说要３０天后才可以查，小郁闷

2015年换工作，没赶上二排。新公司老板很mean，办绿卡也不管，不出钱也没律师。自
己找的律师，很给力（需要站内信我）。好在小公司绿卡灵活，来了就催着办了。一路
太多挫折，开始答应的很好，却突然刁难不给签140。各种拖，急的头发都白了，快过
期前交上去了。12月底pp了140，被RFE了前公司工作证明，好在前一家也是好聚好散，
manager没说啥就给签了，信是我自己写好的。
RRFE以后不到十天找了Congressman，周五fax，周一下午回我邮件只是说USCIS才收到

只好睡在别人的tent里。
7/5 去退tent。 不让，说是用过了。打他们cooperation的电话也没用。
真的是气死了。
看来只好small claim court见了。
刚才先给他们寄了个30days demand letter。
谁有经验？或好律师推荐？

the driver he said the oil group is automatic delivery which means they'll
make sure you always have oil and the delivery time is up to them. To avoid
overfill related problem they won't fill to the up limit.
I don't have a problem if they can keep my tank over 1/4 full at all time.

别租.
你一开始没讲清楚什么30DAYS WRITTEN NOTICE, 诓骗人家进来住.能收一个月房租是一
个月. 否则你房子空着也是空着. 现在又何必为了这90刀费这么多事呢? |
