在local,我们只找no point no fee 的,最好的30day lock的rate是3.875。
club报的new purchase rate 有fee,大概2000刀以内,rate现在是3.5,APR~3.6。
比较两边的APR,这多交的fee一年多就出来了,应该还是club里报的合算。
local的我们以前用过,比较了解。club的没有用过,不知道有多可靠。
有没有最近贷款的,分享一下利率吧。
另外,有趣的是,local报的30fix利率比club报的要好。 |

好几个月以前一次大雨半夜水流进屋,房东最后在我要求下找专业公司查到客厅有水,
但没有找他们治理,他自己换了客厅的强化木地板。
现在客厅2面墙角木板(好像叫baseboard)表面全长绿色霉,
房东把严重的那块板取了,另一块只用 lowes 买的mold control的东西喷了。客厅地
板缝隙也多处发霉,是我自己搽干净的,房东也不想再换地板。
2个小小孩的房间也是靠窗的墙的baseboard发霉,床下和衣柜的地板都也像客厅地板缝
隙一样也多处发霉,是我自己搽干净的。
