citation, 由于是热门领域，很多；不具代表性，就不说了。
Timeline:
uscis received my package on Dec. 21th, approved Dec. 27th.
说明假期时间uscis也有人工作。
刘律师手下的christina le 很不错，petition letter写的很好，推荐信改的也很负责
。我觉得律师对我的case帮助还是很大，起码在语言上。
感谢很多人的帮助。基本上准备材料之前在版上潜水了大概一个星期，很多贴子让我受
益匪浅。版上很多朋友都很热心的帮助别人，令人感动。100伪币转到版上。

is pretty weak:
Publication: 10 journal/conference papers (our field is conference-oriented)
Review: 3 times
Citation: only 23
Ref letters: 5 independent out of 7 (2 UK, 2 Germany, 1 US)
As I said, my case is pretty weak, and I have included all the supporting
material I can find in my initial submission.
Do I need more independent letters? Since it has only been 2 months after

紧上网，紧张得看到信脑袋都没反应，还是老公先说了approve了，我开始嚎叫，发现
两个娃也里屋外屋的嚎叫，才发现自己太兴奋了。
自己背景真的很弱，所以才有中彩票的感觉！
先说time line:

除去新年放假，就一周时间。网上状态一直是acceptance，直接进入decision. 真是应
了版上牛人的pp总结，如果1周左右出结果，多半是好消息。
背景再说一下:
国内医学本科+ 小硕士
文章：英文一作3，通讯1(向国内导师要的，影响因子<1)，coauthor 1。会议摘要 2。
所有的IF< 4
中文 6。
引用：一片英文文章引用来自14个国家，其他都都是中文引用，不区分他引自引共68次。
审稿：32次，来自5个国家。
就这些，无奖无报道。

We received the NOID letter on Auguest 4th. The NOID response documents
were received on August 27th, and it is approved today Auguest 30th.
We submitted 8 additional independent recommendation letters from authors
who have cited my LD's work and most of them cited my LD's first authored
articles.
We also submitted a testimony stating one of the articles was my LD's first-
authored which was missed by the officer.

准备140 和 485 期间几点经验和感想：
尽快尽早准备，有review的机会一定不要放过，不管杂志的影响因子多低，都有用处
有作杂志editor的机会一定要上。杂志主编的推荐信很有用。
对于中文文章引用的处理：CNKI打印出引用列表，附上英文的翻译，另外到公证处做一
个公正，OK！
自己的文章被毕业论文引用也算
一作和非一作的文章都算
485 组织一项填的是党员，另附声明
个人感觉FP walkin 能促进485审批进程。
485，765和131 所需的材料分开放，如果需要相同的材料就复印3份，分别放到各自的
文件夹中，这样减少材料丢失和REF的机会

Just saw on USCIS website, 'New card been ordered' for the case number of
EAD.
Nothing new for AP or I485. Not even saying 'Finger prints received'
I do remember when I did FP, I only saw case numbers for AP and I485.
Can I get a EAD without finger prints? |
