case Mar 29th approve。
Jan 31st，申请加急，Feb 1st 加急被拒
Mar 20th， 网上申请了SR了一次， 回复我那心等待
Mar 27th， VSC那个邮箱发了邮件询问
Mar 29th， 打了四次电话给USCIS， 证实case approve，并且同一天收到VSC的回邮：
case approve， 晚上online 显示通过
还是要催，议员没有很大用处，肯帮忙，但是回复我是，他们没法让USCIS加速，只能
帮我给他们申请加急（让我把证明材料发给议员办公室）。想了想，没啥作用。所以没
找那个议员催。 |

发帖数: 1 | 18 我们的基本情况： 我2002年J1来美，老婆2003年J2来美，现在是H1和H4，我俩在2002和
2004年分别回去过一次，我和LP在国内分别有哥哥姐姐。我们没有孩子，按说没有任何不
利条件。但第一次签证在成都被韩国人拒了，理由是我LP在年初持J2签证时用工卡工作了
一段时间，有移民倾向，真是搞笑，难道在家呆着就没有移民倾向了吗。而且J2工作也是
美国政府允许的。
第二次签证我们把该做的都做了，材料是按精华区准备的，申述信也写了（见后），祝福
也求了（非常感谢大家的祝福，以后我会经常来看看，祝福其他朋友）。总算顺利签出，
过程如下：成都今天三个窗口都是美国人，岳父岳母是一个30多岁的美国gg给签的。交材
料的时候他们把我写的申述信，材料清单和156，157一起递进去了，这些材料估计VO在签
以前就看过了。问问题的时候非常客气，问题也很简单：女儿女婿什么时候出国的？在那
儿？你们在国内有几个子女？你们退休工资是多少？是不是来签过一次了？材料只看了房
产证，其它的都没看就过了。
现在可以计划行程了，爽！

if they chose to have their passports mailed to them, they would receive
them on the 28th. But he chose to go get them and it will be on the 27th.
It seems like one day earlier if you go get your documents back. |
