发帖数: 15201 | 12 刚入手5D2,用了5年的20D，对它最多800(1600很少用)的弱光表现很不满意，5D2到手，
试了下ISO 6400，和最高的25600，觉得6400比20D的ISO 800要好。25600凑活可用，对
于弱光拍摄是在是太有帮助了。
1. 1/40s f/4.0 at 29.0mm iso6400
凭以往经验，换20D的话要开f2以下的光圈更慢的快门速度，效果也不如这个
2. 1/60s f/4.0 at 31.0mm iso6400
3. 1/40s f/7.1 at 35.0mm iso6400
4. 1/50s f/4.0 at 26.0mm iso3200
5. 1/25s f/2.8 at 35.0mm iso6400

在基本没有灯光的电影院，除了墙上的一点点安全红光，我肉眼看不清走来得行人的衣
服样貌，对焦靠af合焦，效果如下，颜色恢复很准确，对焦也不错。

辣条君也表示很冤枉，自打成为“网红”体质，动不动就被拉出来遭受群嘲，人家其实只想做一枚安静的美零食好伐？！

跟上潮流也开始健身减肥。在这里记录一下鞭策自己吧。
身高178cm，多年没有变化了。体重从大学时候大概130斤到前几年到美国145磅左右，
再涨到160，高峰时期可能接近165，前段时间差不多160-162磅。
最近走路上班，单程约1.33miles，大约4-5miles/hour的速度。周末带LP娃走trail，
平时有空做俯卧撑什么的。准备有空再单独跑步。现在要做饭，帮忙带娃，工作很忙，
还没抽出固定时间（每天1小时）运动。
经过一个多月的调整，最近大概降到153-154磅。大家测体重都什么时间？我是等晚上
洗漱完毕一家人轮流过秤。早上秤要轻一些，从trail回来更轻，波动范围从不到153至
155多。
后来的基本策略是健康饮食，逐渐增加锻炼，争取恢复到145-148左右。减去肥肉之后
增加肌肉，以后希望到150-155之间。

专项练习自由泳打腿一个多月，每次下水保证半个小时直腿小幅快死暴打500码，到现
在大概有6000码，还没到10000米，但也积累了一些收获和疲劳。：D
特别是今天，突然顿悟腰髋发力打腿，之前25码30+s，今天有两组25码25s，但是昙花
一现，再来又找不到感觉了。过程是这个样子的：
1. 按D导的建议，每次下水热身带脚蹼扶板100码（扶板是为了克服带脚蹼容易打出水
面的问题），一来拉伸一下脚踝关节，而来体会腿髋腰正确发力的感觉，还有时机（今
天的收获），为下面的打腿练习营造一个好的开端。另外郭德纲说的“旁光”看着分道
浮绳快速向后跑，对建立自信心的好处简直是简直了。：D
2. 25码，伸展腰髋，直腿小幅快速打腿，完全休息好了80%心率以下再打下一组，对形
成和巩固肌肉神经记忆有好处。因为前期克服了用小腿和膝盖打水的坏毛病，10几组下
来大腿上端肌肉累但是没有精疲力竭的感觉。臀肌和腰侧那两块“叉腰肌”都没感觉，
也就是说没夹紧屁股也没用上core的力量。一句话，鞭子柄软的。
3. 休息的时候想了很久，为啥髋也伸展了，屁股也摇了，但是动力链条断在哪儿呢？
