新手第一次买房,closing cost看得我1个头2个大,恳请各位大大指点!
买的是新房,贷款37万,首付超过50%,信用分数780,准备贷30年fixed,我们是跟builder做贷款,因为builder会给1.5万的financing,因为新房还在建,半年后才能close,所以这份只是预估的费用,也不能lock rate。我知道预估一般都往高估,但是好像高得也离谱了点,常听到大家说closing cost才几千刀,我这个妈呀都上万了,哭~~~~~~实在不太放心
Wells fargo给的Truth-in-lending addendum (这个表格说是为了计算APR的,请问这
个APR是干什么用的?我拿到的loan document里面有写这个APR是4.0450%,这个算高么
?)
Loan Amount:$367000
a、Origination Charge:$4860 (我没有买点数为什么会有这个费用呢?)
b、discount fee:$0
