I was pretty beat by the time I got to the front squats. I am considering
dedicating a day in a week just for Front squat. My grip got much weaker,
but I am not concerned at this point as I can build it back up in the coming
weeks. My scm held up fine, but I felt a bit discomfort around my injured

I started strength training more seriously this year and have improved all
my lifts:
Squat 200x5 -> 340x2
Shoulder press 120x1 -> 170x1
Deadlift 260x5 -> 335x1
Bench press 155x5 -> 225x2
Power clean N/A -> 185x1
Except for my pathetic DL, decent progress for someone in his 40s. Goal for
2013 is to continue to get less weak.

我昨天蹲195,蹲完之后一般没啥感觉,基本到晚上睡觉的时候觉得腿累,然后第二天
开始酸痛。
我热身一般45X10,65X5,95x5,115x5,135x5,155x5,175x5,然后195 5X5
是不是太多了点?

我这次Bench 45X15,65X10,95x5,135x5,155x5,热身完毕
然后175 5X5,因为没有spotter,组间休息3分钟-4分钟。Fail发生在最后一组的最后
一下。。。。
完事之后又去做了5组引体向上,每组5+rep,最后一组10rep,不过我是那种corssfit
晃着拉的那种
