第一个考installment 表和 capital 1231,1245 gain. writing includes 4 parts:
temporary vs permanent, deductible vs. non deductible......第二居然考C
corporation, S corporation, Estate, and partnership 四个部分。我只来得及完成
一半。
诶，不知道会不会过。 担心中。。。。 |

estate management/development companies. When I review the bookkeepers'
financial statements, I always look into details about these points:
1. Depreciation recap
2. Payroll reconciliation
3. Interest expense capitalization/allocation
4. Sec 263A
5. Gain/loss on sale of fixed assets (sec 1231/1245/1250)

发帖数: 123 | 8 看书上说，可以三个月的deferral，就是可以930,1031,1131，1231.
我不太理解这个“deferral”这个词放在这里什么意思。按我的理解就是，最早可以把
fiscal year end 放在930，仍旧可以4月15号due。这里看着更像是提前，而不是defer
啊。。。
另外，fiscal year end可以5月底，6月底么？

3道involuntary conversion tax treatment
a few partnership contribution basis (shareholder's and partnerships)
a few circular 230 questions(CPA's liabilities)
1 question about charity contribution deduction ( 30% capital property
contribution)
1 schedule C income calculation
a few Sec 1231 gain questions
one agency question (if principle filed bankruptcy, will principle still be
liable for the 3rd party)
Simulation:
One wash sale
6/20 buy 30 AAA stock @ 20

发帖数: 187 | 10 终于考完Reg了，写个总结，回馈一下大家。
题目难度：我觉得Reg的题目是那种简单的就特别基础，考概念，计算也非常简单，但
是难题就是我顶多只能把选项控制在2个以内琢磨半天还是无法确定的那种，需要深度
理解，并且你从书上和题库中是找不到答案的，这种选择占的比例大概是每个testlet
里有3-5个。自己做题感觉第3个testlet的难度还是比前面大的。
SIM是偏难偏细节一点，尤其碰到某一项需要多种情况具体分析的。
我考了：
1. M1&M2调整，这个简单，并且内容少，只有tax exempt interest和life insurance
需要调；
2. 某些item对shareholder tax basis和AAA的影响，偏难；
3. Research，关于debtor的bankruptcy estate的一些什么东西，我找了很久，貌似
也没找到确定的。说到这里，我觉得如果有当月window的同学提供了详细的research题
，我建议大家提前找一下，因为比较集中，这次一起考的小伙伴考到了2天前其他人JJ
里一模一样的research题；
