most of the cases it's just unwillingness to spend that extra 10minutes to
get familiar with the right tool and be done with it.
but I completely agree with u that when people talk about "performance" in
online app context, 90% of the time they don't really need it as much as
they claim, and readability/maintainability is much more important

宝宝出生时可以自己呼吸，但NICU怕宝宝累所以当晚给了breathing tube帮BB呼吸。 我出院当天就给换了个小型的breathing support tube。
老公今天带了我pump的奶给BB，说宝宝又被换了大的breathing tube， nurse说宝宝自己呼吸累了有时会忘记呼吸 （preemie 常见）， 还给吊多一个caffine的点滴，帮助提醒大脑要记的呼吸=( 摆IV的spot还由脚换到手上， 又多了几个bandaid 的地方， 听了真心疼。 可喜的是BB的奶量又加了， 由9CC 变成18/20CC。 希望宝宝要乖乖，健康成长，快点可以回家。 妈妈决定过几天去看你，等不了做完月子了。 求祝福！

的小房间看病。从感冒到受伤到其他任何急性症状。没有保险的话，门口有清单告诉你
每一项检查多少钱。好像一个门诊75刀，每一项检查10-20。 反正一起下来不超过150
。 挺好的。对探亲的父母很有用。反正我父母有个头疼脑热的带去看看，父母和自己

长回两磅。可能是周五没节制的结果，也可能因为昨跟着LD在GYM狠练了练肌肉。等着
看看明天结果。
早：2slices of sausage + 1.5 scrambled egg + 2 slices of tomatoes
午: 半棵romaine lettuce+ 半个柿子椒 + 3oz 烤鸡胸 + 1tbsp blue cheese dressing
晚：和中午一样salad,不过没加dressing, 另外俩西红柿。
snack: 跑完步吃了一个cheese string.还是10min warm up/20minutes jogging/10minutes cool down. |

有人为了挑战极限，还有很多人是和我一样，为了让自己放松，追求气喘如牛，大汗淋
漓过后的那种惬意的快感。
跑步的确能大幅度提升我的Spirit和自信心，这一点我的体会越来越深刻，现在每天早
上跑，基本上一天都很轻松愉快，不再有在电脑前工作一天过后的那种Grumpy的感觉,
这种感觉很痛苦，基本是见到人都不好意思打招呼。
跑步，就是一切的新开始吧。
今后一段时间的计划是：
周一：4.4 miles
周二：游泳 7am-8am
周三：7.3 miles
周四：游泳 7am-8am
周五：5.8 miles
周六：7.3 miles
周日；7.3 miles
我跑的速度较慢，大概1mile/10minutes，希望千万不要受伤。
最近觉得大腿肌肉结实了不少，呵呵。今后如何还要再看，并在此汇报。 |

done any live poker before. It is right close to my place. It is not bad to
try out.
BUT, what happened is that 1) it is only one-table SNG. 25+3$ buy-in for 10-
ppl SNG (1st gets 150 and 2nd gets 60). 2) SB/BB goes up every 10Minute and
EXPONETIALLY. I was not aware of that. Live poker surely is slower. 10Min
means 6/7 hands and the BB doubles up quickly. The buy-in chip is 1,500 and
SB/BB starts 25/50.
