this out. A one bed condo in south jersey used to sell for about 350K?
One of my clients asked me about this and I checked and it turned out that
two properties are sharing the same address. The one listed for sale as
$137,500 on Zillow was sold in 1998 for 65K, and that was it. The 350K
sale in 1999 belongs to another property and happens to have the same

Anyone plays tennis in Cherry Hill, Mt Laurel area? or if there are any
tennis groups already active? or 最理想是可以凑五个八个的, 高手低手不限,低
手为主. 这样打起来也不boring, 或可以打双打. 个人prefer双打, 有趣一些.
i am available in most weekday evenings or some weekends.
I live in 08054 area with 4 courts close by, but no lights. if you know any
good places, please reply as well.

Hill 西边的话，倒是可以考虑骑自行车过去，权当锻炼身体, 就是不知道又没有自行
车道.... :)
