this out. A one bed condo in south jersey used to sell for about 350K?
One of my clients asked me about this and I checked and it turned out that
two properties are sharing the same address. The one listed for sale as
$137,500 on Zillow was sold in 1998 for 65K, and that was it. The 350K
sale in 1999 belongs to another property and happens to have the same
address. Now the Zestimate says this property is worth $192,500, when
another Bank-owned property in the same complex is for sale at 75K (7
Azalea Ln). Is seller crazy? Zetimate for this property misleading or are
we assumed dumb?
