盛光祖昨（23）日在中國「全國鐵路工作會議」上明確指出，明年鐵路固定資產投資5,
000億元人民幣（下同），新線投產6,366公里，鐵路建設再度起飛。
人民網報導，盛光祖表示，經過1年的鐵路機制創新，鐵路多元化經營已取得重
要進展，明年更將持續推進鐵路建設，根據「十二五」規劃和資金情況，明年將大舉擴
大投資，其中基本建設投資就達4,000億元。
不過盛光祖坦言，要籌集鐵路建設資金仍非易事。為了加大資金籌措力度，鐵道

灣仔金紫荊廣場今早舉行升旗禮，場外逾2,000名市民聚集抗議政改方案無真普選。其
中社民連立法會議員「長毛」梁國雄，聯同四五行動成員走到廣場外抗議，長毛高叫「
我有權普選、毋須共產黨批准」等口號，其他市民則高呼「我要真普選」，當國旗升起
時，現場噓聲四起。
有堅持和平示威的市民主動要求長毛不要衝擊警方防線，當升旗一刻，四五行動成員古

題重返談判桌。
美國本月初掀開貿易戰戰幔，率先向340億美元（約2,652億港元）中國進口貨徵收25%
關稅，總統特朗普後來更威脅稱，有意向另外2,000億美元中國進口貨品徵收10%關稅。
彭博引述消息人士指，特朗普已指示美國貿易代表萊特海澤（Robert Lighthizer），
