巴塞罗那--奥运格局深刻变化
第二十五届奥林匹克运动会于1992年7月25日-8月9日在西班牙巴
塞罗那举行。
此前申请主办本届奥运会的还有法国的巴黎、前南斯拉夫的贝尔
格莱德、葡萄牙的里斯本、英国的伯明翰、荷兰的阿姆斯特丹，都是
欧洲有名的大城市。在1986年7月17日下午1时，国际奥委会洛桑会议
上，巴塞罗那以47票的绝对优势夺得了第二十五届奥运会的主办权。
巴塞罗那自1902年开始已经四次申办奥运会了，功夫不负有心人，巴
塞罗那终于了取得了胜利。
巴塞那罗位于地中海西北海岸，是西班牙第二城市和最大海港，
作为西班牙加泰罗尼亚省的省府，经济发达。巴塞罗那市人口180万
，国民总收入占西班牙全国的20%，它是西班牙工业最发达，生活水
平最高的地区。
巴塞罗那濒临海滨、风光旖旎，其地中海型气候湿润宜人，全年
平均气温16.5℃。它的海水浴场蜚声海内外，再加上市内众多的名胜
古迹：哥特式大教堂、宫殿以及博物馆，成为欧洲著名的旅游城市。
而且巴塞罗那市拥有37座体育馆，利用其中的27座就可以举行奥
