What are the fees?
Sellers will pay a maximum of $200 on the final value fees per item for up
to 100,000 items listed during the Promotion Period. Final value fees will
be applied to the total amount of the sale including the cost of the item,
shipping, and any other fees a seller may charge—excluding any sales tax.
Note that existing final value fee rates still apply, but the maximum final
value fee per item has been reduced to $200 per item sold.

还是不明白,这是怎么回事?是否就是每个ITEM最多$200 final value fee?那这得多贵
啊? 至少得$2000多吧? 这什么用也没有啊. 问题是帐号显示4 / 99996,就是说我已经
用了4个,我怎么没见着省钱?
