今天下的单，没收到 confirmation no. 收到一个邮件说：
“Thank you for shopping at lenovo.com. Your order is pending review and a
Lenovo representative may contact you with some questions. You will receive
an email confirmation or a telephone call from Lenovo.”
然后就没消息了，信用上也没纪录。打电话去问客服，说差不到我的订单信息。连我的
订单信息都查不到，怎么review？ 有人遇到过这种情况吗？要怎么处理？
