J*A 发帖数: 546 | 1 I bought a battery for $44.95 from a store at Rakuten but the battery came
with defect. I contacted the seller and was told that I can send it back for
a replacement with their prepaid label. I received a
replacement after 5 days but did not see the label.
I contacted the seller for the issue but no feedback. I thought the seller
might want me to keep the item instead of returning it. However, today, I
notice that I got charged additional $44.95 by the seller. I called the
store and realized the reason is because I did not return the defective one
and they don't honor the prepaid label they promised. I can not believe why
the seller is able to take money from my credit card without my
authorization?Does it make any sense? How do I fight for my right? |
