total order amount is over $25. It's up to Amazon to ship them as one
shipment or separated. The shipping charge(if any) won't be separated. It
should be the same amount as they charge you up front when you order it.
If you order something sold by third party at Amazon market place, it's
different story. As they are different vendors, they charge shipping fee
