发帖数: 1815 | 1 I bought this DM1Z 3-4 weeks ago for $420, size, weight of a netbook, better
performance than a full size notebook ( Dell 15R with i3-370M), 8 hours web
surfing before recharging.
I also have a Dell 15R with i3-370M processor, when playing 1080p video to
a 55 inch LCD TV through HDMI, I could always see many playback problem,
but playing with the new light weight DM1Z, the playback is almost flawless.
web surfing is about same, but DM1Z last much longer than 15R with lighter
battery.
I tried to use Nero vision to re-code some video clips, DM1Z use slightly
more than half the time 15R takes!
I initial thought i3-370M is a better processor than the AMD E-350, but
overall system performance is not nearly as good.

不知道你怎么看出来远比notebook性能好。
这个cpu处理图像快是因为集成了Radeon HD 6310 graphics.但如果不是处理video，可能不如其他notebook | a*******i

the only CPU intensive work I do regularly is video recoding and 1080p video
playback, in these area, the 15R with i3 is seriously having trouble,
DM1Z handle these tasks much more smoothly. does these work use 6310
graphics chip? I don't know, but highly doubt about it, can graphics card
do video decoding work?
the other stuff I normally do, web surfing, MS office etc, every machine can
do them smoothly, but do notice DM1Z can surf longer without connectting
to AC.
I don't play any video games, these are also normally CPU intensive, but
Dm1z is supposed to have a far better graphics chip than normal integrated
graphics notbooks.

发帖数: 1964 | 10 综合起来比atom上网本还是要好一些的，毕竟现在的操作系统，很多软件
都是可以用GPU加速的。当然如果是atom双核加上ion的话，好也很有限。
你这个不如其它notebook（如果不是你笔误netbook)是很显然的，这个
cpu就是定位在atom跟超低电压版的C2，i3之类中间的.
可能不如其他notebook

transcoding), DM1Z performs much better than my 15R, which is a full
mainstream notebook(i3 CPU).
