We could not fulfill your rebate because your supporting information sho
wed that your purchase did not fulfill the terms of the program.
有谁出现过这样的状态的？那些因为peel UPC而需要提供manual copy的是这样的描
述么？我的是cut下来的说。。。
有啥对付这天杀的canon rebate公司的建议？

fax number。谁有canon rebate的fax number，俺来个先斩后奏，fax了后再来dispute。
“I have reviewed your documents and it is as I have stated. It appears as
though you peeled the top layer from the cardboard. I really do apologize
for any inconvenience, but because the label was not removed the correct way
, I have to request additional information. Please send the information that
was requested, so we can continue to process your rebate. You will receive
your denial letter in 1-2 weeks. Once this is received, you will need to
resubmit your claim. This is not delaying your rebate at all, as total
processing time is 6-8 weeks and we received your claim 12/20/2010. The
sooner the resubmittal is received, the quicker your rebate will be
processed. ”

现在是american express prepaid reward card。 我怎么样才能将它转成现金？
