Just moved to a new apt. My prepay t-mobile signal is blocked inside the apt
, but it is fine outside.
I will sign up for the internet. I would like to have a phone number and
receive call from pc.
Anyone can recommand a cheap service? I notice skype and icall have such
service. Which one is better?
I do not plan to stay there longer than 4 month. And I typically do not get
much phone call.
