But this is not their fault,your strategy is wrong.
You should only return,instead of exchange. Then buy another
from other vendor in the rebate period, then
you got 125 rebate instead of 100.25 compensate for you trouble.

I will expect them to charge the 100 full amount,so no one
has any intention to cheat them. They only charge 75 is very nice in fact!
And also, wait two or more weeks for them to exchange
for you, refund then charge again is the worst way you choose,waste time and e
nerge,you also cannot use it when you may want it.
