I read a lot of your posts, and really impressed by your enthusiasm
here. However, i noticed that you may not realize the difference
between 'cannot' and 'can not'.
The word 'cannot', the opposite of 'can', is always set as one word.
What about 'can not'? Well, it is correct to set 'can not' only when
the negation applies to the activity, rather than to the ability to
carry out the activity. For example:
BAD: The current of this network can not be measured.
GOOD: The current of this net |
