address,
that means you take the responsibility for all the possible
outcomes: maybe stolen credit card or whatever, which is
clearly indicated at Paypal.
I received several payments through unverified address, and
definitely
declined it and asked the buyer send again by verified
address.
Some buyers sent from unverified address because they don't
want you
to send the item to their home address, but to their
business address.
